School of Masters of Inclusion
More than 4,330,000 people live in the Sverdlovsk region, about 9% of them have disabilities - this is a huge layer of our society, consisting of active, creative and worthy people, with whom they simply sometimes do not want to communicate, and sometimes they do not notice. It is important to understand that the criterion for the accessibility of the environment is not the number of ramps and symbols of the accessibility of the environment, but the number of people with disabilities moving independently in the urban space, especially people with disabilities of the first group. Thus, there is an understanding of the need not only to create effective mechanisms for inclusion, but also to create a system of educating society in matters of respect for the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities.
Therefore, the goal of the School of Inclusion Masters project is to improve the quality of the accessible environment and inclusive interaction through the formation of communicative inclusive competencies among employees interacting with people with disabilities in the process of practice-oriented training with the participation of trainers from among people with disabilities.
The "School of Masters of Inclusion" continues to develop social innovations. A new step is the creation of an inclusive working group of experts, including people with hearing, visual, musculoskeletal, mental and psychiatric disabilities to develop and coordinate the educational program of the seminar "Formation of communicative competence for interaction with people with disabilities health."
Teachers and trainers will not only conduct practice-oriented classes for employees of various services and organizations, but also develop and adapt the educational and methodological support of the program. For this project, a methodological manual was developed.
To do this, at all stages of the project implementation, experts from among the disabled of four nosological groups will be involved, who, like no one else, understand the specifics of interaction based on the characteristics of a person.

In the process of practice-oriented learning:
- 1The “Personal story” method is effectively used, when people with various types of disabilities are involved in practical classes and master classes as teachers: wheelchair users, blind and visually impaired people, people with mental and psychiatric disabilities – “masters of inclusion”, who have achieved significant and significant life results. When conducting classes, teachers with disabilities organize interaction in such a way that they are perceived as successful individuals who have a positive experience of inclusion in society, and not as disabled people.
- 2Trainings are conducted for trainees, imitating the service and service for persons with disabilities using technical means of rehabilitation.
- 3Trainers and people with disabilities are being trained for further independent training under the program.

School of masters of inclusion in different years
In 2018-2019, the Presidential Grants Fund supported the School of Inclusion Masters project, which is aimed at educating employees of institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region in the field of inclusion.
The work on the project was aimed at educating employees and doctors of state institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region on the educational educational program-seminar "Formation of communicative competence for interaction with people with disabilities" together with the Regional Personnel Center of State and Municipal Administration in the process of practical oriented training with the participation of trainers from among persons with disabilities.
The group of trainers of the program included masters of inclusion - people with disabilities of various nosologies (visual, hearing, speech, musculoskeletal, central nervous system disorders). This project is a continuation of the activities of ANO "WHITE CANE", aimed at developing a culture of interaction between various social groups (in 2017-2018, the Presidential Grants Fund supported the project "School of Inclusion Masters" aimed at developing inclusive interaction for employees of higher and secondary vocational educational institutions).

The specifics of the interaction of doctors and other personnel with patients with disabilities in a medical institution are taken into account.
A new topic has been added - "Rules for the evacuation of people with disabilities in emergency situations"
The educational video materials created in the previous project "School of Masters of Inclusion" will be used in the learning process.
The groups were trained in the cities of the Sverdlovsk region. The groups consisted of employees of institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Health of the Sverdlovsk Region, which will include nurses, doctors, and heads of the AChE. Thus, the personnel directly interacting with people with disabilities has been trained.
More than a hundred institutions took part in the project.
The project was implemented until December 2019, during which time 440 employees of medical institutions were trained.
Also, for the further development and implementation of the program "Formation of communicative competence for interaction with people with disabilities", in order to share experience and the possibility of training the largest number of industry specialists, 40 trainers were trained - 2 groups, which included people with disabilities and representatives of public organizations Sverdlovsk region.
The training was held according to the innovative program "Training of trainers on the formation of communicative competence for interaction with people with disabilities."

The goal of the project is to improve the quality of inclusive education and inclusive interaction through the formation of communicative inclusive competencies among employees and students of general education schools.
Project objectives:
– organization of training for employees and students of general education schools on the formation of competencies for interaction with people with disabilities;
— the formation of skills for employees and students of general education schools to interact with children with disabilities and to organize inclusive events;
— involvement of people with and without disabilities in joint socio-cultural activities in order to reduce social tension;
— dissemination of experience in conducting educational events to teach how to interact with people with disabilities in the Sverdlovsk region.
Groups were trained from 02/01/2019 to 05/10/2019 in general education schools in part-time form using distance learning technologies (DOT), seven schools in the city of Yekaterinburg were trained.
The groups consisted of teachers, management staff and students of secondary schools. After completing the training, representatives of all groups took part in the Youth Inclusive Games, which took place in the decade of inclusion in the city of Yekaterinburg from 05/10/2019 to 05/20/2019. Based on the results of the games, a methodological guide was developed for organizing them, as well as an educational film on holding the Youth Inclusive Games, which will subsequently be distributed to schools in the Sverdlovsk region. The final stage of the project was a seminar for teachers of secondary schools in the Sverdlovsk region on the topic: "Development of an inclusive culture in secondary schools", which was held from 06/01/2019 to 06/30/2019.

The work on the project is aimed at practical training of employees of institutions subordinate to the Federal State Institution "State Medical and Social Expertise in the Sverdlovsk Region", the Ministry of Social Policy of the Sverdlovsk Region and the State Institution of the Sverdlovsk Regional Directorate of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation, according to the educational program "Fundamentals of inclusive communication and features of organizing assistance with interacting with people with visual and hearing disabilities, as well as with people with mental disabilities online.
This program was developed on the basis of the already existing program "Formation of communicative competence for interaction with people with disabilities".
Trainers from among persons with disabilities took part in the practice-oriented training. The group of trainers will include masters of inclusion — people with hearing and vision disabilities, specialists in interaction with people with mental disabilities. For trainers (with and without disabilities) a separate online training program has been created.
The events will be held on the ZOOM online platform. In the process of developing the program, the specifics of the interaction of employees of these institutions with people with disabilities in the course of Internet communication were taken into account.
The program consisted of three modules: inclusion and inclusive interaction, technologies and technical means of interaction with people with visual, hearing and mental disabilities online, inclusive conflict management. All methodological materials, video materials, programs for students are posted on the platform of the Ural Federal University.
Thus, employees who directly interact with people with visual and hearing disabilities, with people with mental disabilities online were trained. A total of 21 groups were trained, each with 30 people. Students of training programs received certificates of professional development of the established sample, or certificates of training of the established sample.
