Extrability Movement
In English, "disability" is translated as "disability", where "dis-" is a negative prefix. Thus, the concept of disability is related to the idea of lack of ability.
"Extrability" (from English extra - additional, high quality, high level) - these are abilities that develop, due to restrictions, in the process of successful socialization.

The goal of the project is to create an infrastructure to support, develop and use additional talents and abilities (extrability) of representatives of various social groups

Medical paradigm
for a long time remained the main one in the world. In this model, a person with a disability was perceived as a patient, as an Object in the process of social interaction. Therefore, care, passivity, compassion and a demonstration of the “top-down” position were required.

Social paradigm
manifests itself in the interaction between representatives of different social groups, becomes a new norm, mainstream. Inclusion in business, in school curricula, creating equal conditions for everyone, despite the restrictions.
- Training managers to implement the ESG strategy based on the performance criteria of the Extrability Movement;
- Preparation and holding of the Constituent Congress of Extrability in November 2022;
- Official registration of the expert community of the Extrability Movement;
- Development of a standard for conducting socio-cultural events for the development of Extrability;
- Positioning of the expert community of the Extrability Movement at the international level (website, participation in scientific and practical conferences and exhibitions);
- Organization of regular forums in the regions (practice-oriented, socio-cultural events, strategic sessions, congresses, scientific and practical conferences, networking sessions);
- Legislative initiative in the field of forming a culture of inclusion of representatives of discriminated groups in the process of achieving the SDGs (new professions, new scenarios of inclusive interaction based on the development of Extrability);
- Scientific research (organization of research centers to develop algorithms for creating new professions, forms of professional and social employment, taking into account the needs of the regions in attracting investments, the interest of companies in the development of the social environment, shaping the image, setting priority tasks, cooperation with resource inclusive centers to implement the results research in educational communities, including the creation and testing of educational programs, scenarios for engaging in interaction);
- Holding the Congress of the Extrability Movement in December 2023 to discuss the experience of distribution, broadcast, scaling;
- Search and use of activists who contribute to the export of social innovations in countries near and far abroad.
IN RUSSIA:
- holding the Constituent Congress and formalization of the expert community,
- regional roadmaps supporting the Extrability Movement
- mini-work groups, initiative groups with the participation of people with disabilities in the regions that support the Extrability Movement,
- an increase in the number of regions in which educational programs are used based on the criteria for the effectiveness of the Extrability Movement,
- commercial and income-generating projects implemented based on the performance criteria of the Extrability Movement
- scientific works (doctoral, candidate), the emergence of inclusive and affordable equipment in educational institutions, especially for obtaining new professions, training, retraining and advanced training,
- software, technical solutions, startups created or adapted to fulfill the performance criteria of the Extrabili Movement
- roadmap “Export of social innovations for 2022-2024”
- initiative groups abroad implementing projects according to the effectiveness criteria of the Extrability Movement.
