The "Sails of the Spirit" project, implemented with the support of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, is in full swing. Participants from Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Turkey have been immersed in a packed program for several days: water training, master classes, seminars, and evening reflections.
On the water, participants are learning to handle catamarans and trimarans—each team includes people with and without disabilities, representing various countries and professions. Such activities help unlock hidden abilities, teach mutual trust, and provide an opportunity to see people we rarely cross paths with in everyday life in a new light.
In parallel, burnout prevention training is underway: participants from Zabaykalsky Krai are exploring self-regulation tools and sharing personal stories. This is part of the "Extrability Business in Zabaykalsky Krai" project, implemented with the support of Udokan Copper LLC. The goal of the project is to train a group of facilitators capable of working with burnout in their region. We hope they will become a resilient community and help the residents of Zabaykalsky Krai.
Very soon, we will participate in the VI World Nomad Games with master classes and vocal performances, as well as Extrability Day.
