Zabaykalsky Krai Team Completes Training in "Sails of the Spirit" and Launches Regional Inclusive Project "Extrability Business: Zabaykalsky 2026"

September 17, 2026 – A team of specialists from Zabaykalsky Krai has completed an internship at the international inclusive sailing camp "Sails of the Spirit" in Central Asia and launched the implementation of the regional project "Extrability Business: Zabaykalsky 2026", supported by Udokan Copper LLC. The project aims to form a stable regional core of experts among educators, medical professionals, psychologists, and social activists, including people with health limitations, who are capable of propagating Extrability practices and conducting emotional burnout prevention programs.
In August–September 2026, a regional team of seven people participated in field training on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul in Kyrgyzstan and at sites in Kazakhstan. Participants underwent an intensive program combining training runs on sailing trimarans and catamarans, non-verbal communication practices, sign language singing, round dance practices, and self-regulation master classes. The main objective of the stage was immersing participants in an environment of equal interaction and training future facilitators for the "Burnout – No" seminars and "Business City" business games.
"'Sails of the Spirit' is a project after which you return home a slightly different person. During the program, we managed to become a true team: we supported each other, learned to interact, overcame difficulties together, and lived through this amazing experience. The strongest insights are related to the theme of health, inner strength, and human capabilities. When there are blind people nearby who participate in activities on an equal footing with everyone else, trust the team, and confidently move forward, you begin to look at your own resources in a completely different way. The project proves that limitations are most often in our heads. Upon returning, I plan to broadcast the values of Extrability in Zabaykalsky Krai, help people cope with emotional burnout, and learn to treat themselves with care," shared team participant Evgenia Vorobyova.
In the autumn of 2026, the trained regional core will begin practical implementation of the methodologies in Zabaykalsky Krai. The September block of events in Chita includes four "Burnout – No" training workshops for educators, doctors, civil servants, and entrepreneurs, as well as a large-scale interactive game "Business City" for schoolchildren and teachers. In October–November 2026, the project will be replicated in the settlement of Novaya Chara. In total, the programs will reach over 480 residents of the region.
The project's implementation will make it possible to form an independent team of ten certified facilitators in Zabaykalsky Krai, capable of regularly conducting psycho-emotional support programs for social sphere specialists and developing youth social activity.
