Extrability Business: Zabaykalsky Krai 2026 – The Regional Team Heads to Issyk-Kul
In the autumn of 2026, the project "Extrability Business: Zabaykalsky Krai 2026", implemented by the White Cane ANO with the support of Udokan Copper LLC, continues in Zabaykalsky Krai. Its goal is to form a stable core of specialists in the region who are independently capable of conducting burnout prevention seminars ("Burnout – No") and the business game "Business City" for schoolchildren and educators.
A key stage of the season will be the regional team's trip to the international inclusive sailing camp "Sails of the Spirit" in Kyrgyzstan (August 24 – September 5, Lake Issyk-Kul). Selected through a competitive process, 7 people – educators, medical professionals, psychologists, and active residents of the region, including people with disabilities – will undergo 13 days of training in an intensive inclusive environment and join the "Sails of the Spirit" events as assistants. Afterward, the team will put the acquired experience into practice by conducting seminars and business games for educators, medical professionals, and high school students in Chita and Novaya Chara, reaching a total of about 500 local residents in the region.
"For me, 'Sails of the Spirit' is a challenge to my own capabilities and a chance to prove that people strong in spirit have no boundaries. I joined this project to step out of my comfort zone and become part of the unique team of Zabaykalsky Krai," shares Tatyana Severa, Chairperson ofizas the Zabaykalsky Regional Branch of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf.

For Reference
The project "Extrability Business: Zabaykalsky Krai 2026" continues the long-term work of the White Cane ANO in the region: in November 2025, a large-scale inclusive program took place in Chita with the participation of experts from Turkey, Zabaykalsky Krai, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Samara, and Sverdlovsk Oblasts, and in February 2026, the "Extrability Business" forum was held in the Kalar District (Novaya Chara), where doctors of the Kalar Central District Hospital attended the "Burnout – No" seminar, and students of the Chara and Novaya Chara schools conducted the "Business City" business game, creating a beauty salon, pizzeria, and workshops within its framework. The events were held with the support of Udokan Copper.
The "Burnout – No" program and the "Business City" business game are implemented by the White Cane ANO as part of the Extrability Movement – an international association developing the infrastructure to support and unlock additional abilities (extrability) of people with and without disabilities.
